Twestival Galway 2011 will be held on March 24th this year. The
venue has as of yet to be announced but we will be announcing it
shortly. As part of the global Twestival.com team, Twestival
Galway, have decided to raise funds for our local charity the GSPCA again.
Looking back to when Twestival began in 2008, the Twitter
phenomenon had not quite taken hold in Galway. However with so many
local businesses now using Twitter, we are confident that Galway
Twestival can help to put Galway on the map and raise decent funds
this time around for this well deserving charity - especially now at
the height of the recession.
Just a small donation made through the medium of the internet can
make a vast difference to this charity and it's work. Tickets to this
event can be bought online
costing €10 each and with every donation made you will be
automatically entered into a draw for the various raffle prizes on the
night. This means that it doesn't matter where you are in the world -
Galway, Ireland or abroad, Amiando have made it easy to donate to the the GSPCA and for you to
be in with the chance of winning a prize. If you live abroad we will
post the prize to you.
