Geek Advancement are proud to bring you the sixth
tweetup from our Charity Tweetup Tour
2009. To celebrate and bring awareness to International
Literacy Day on September 8, 2009, we've selected Everybody
Wins! (@everybodywins or @everybodywinsla) as our charity of focus for
the LA Tweetup. Everybody Wins! is a national children's literacy
and mentoring nonprofit proven to build the skills and love of
reading among low-income elementary students.
If you can't make it to the tweetup,
but would like to donate to Everybody Wins!, you may do so here.
We haven't settled on a location
yet, but will update as soon as we have the details.
Let's meet up, get to know each
other, and do something for a good cause at the same time.
Remember, it's open donations, so just bring and donate as much as
you'd like!
