We are delighted to present the following interactive food and wine tasting from Casa Malevo.

Launched in October 2010 in the fashionable Connaught Village, Casa Malevo aims to deliver an exceptional menu of authentic Argentine cuisine alongside a comprehensive Argentine wine list. The inspiration behind the food at Casa Malevo is to offer honest and truthful “cocina Argentina” (Argentine cuisine) exploring the different regions of the country, from Patagonia to Salta, Pampas and Mendoza.

The 10 minute tasting sessions will include the following food and wine pairings and will be led by and Diego Jacquet, Director and Roberto Tavoloni, Restaurant Manager at Casa Malevo. :

• Torrontes / match with Roasted chicken, peppers & thyme empanada
• Bonarda / match with Braised leg of lamb with sweetbreads & herbs
• Malbec / Grilled rib eye & Chimichurry
• Dessert wine / Chocolate, dulce de leche & berries

• Classic empanadas (3 kinds such as Beef / Chicken / Humita) £3
• Roast sirloin steak sandwich with grilled tomatoes, rocket & Chimichurry £5.50
