This event is a repeat of the event we ran in February, which was
very well recieved by the 70 in-house recrutiers that attended, with
an average feedback score of 8.2 out of 10.
One of the on-going issues recruitment professionals must deal with
is proving that they are delivering value for money. Companies
that just measure cost per hire run the risk that the focus on lower
costs results in less effective recruitment. Unfortunately,
measuring the quality of the candidates sourced is fraught with
difficulty. This seminar is designed to address these issues
through thought-provoking presentations followed by debate and interactivity.
Our view is that with recruitment it's not about doing it cheap,
but it is about making sure you spend the right amount of money to get
the right talent. To do this you need a model, and you need good
metrics that enable you to assess the value of your recruitment. It's
easy to assess the cost, but how do you factor in harder to measure
factors such as the quality of hire and the cost of a role being vacant?
This seminar will set out a options for building a model, the
metrics you need and look at how you can evaluate your mix of channels.
This is not a theoretical event, but rather a chance for you to
hear how other people go about it, and discuss with your peers to
share ideas and experiences.
To maintain a high level of discussion in the groups, only in-house
recruitment managers can attend.
