Susan
is a consultant at Altimeter Group, helping clients develop
strategic, actionable plans that support their unique objectives
and organizations through periods of rapid change. Her experience
in information technology, marketing, customer service and retail
enables her to assimilate the needs of multiple stakeholders and
apply them to real-world business requirements. Susan has been
quoted on social and mobile commerce trends in outlets such as The
New York Times, Fast Company, The San Francisco Chronicle, the BBC
and Bloomberg. She is currently working on two research reports
focused on mobile commerce and social business measurement.

Jennifer
is an award-winning journalist who has produced interviews
with everyone from Super Bowl MVP Drew Brees to President Barack
Obama. She
previously
worked at CBS, MSNBC and CNN. A graduate of the University of
Michigan, Jennifer majored in Communications and Japanese.
Fun fact:
In
her spare time, Jen enjoys watching Mets games and spending time at
her family's home in northern Michigan.
Julia Kung
Julia Kung is the Director
of Marketing at Moxsie, Inc the online retailer for independent
style. Julia has worked at a mobile start-up, mywaves and at
Google. She graduated from Stanford University.
Natasha
Khan Kazi
Natasha Khan
Kazi is
the Social Media Manager at ModCloth and has been building
ModCloth's social media strategy since 2009. She graduated with
a degree in Business and MIS from the University of Pittsburgh
in 2004.
