Event Description:
Social media has afforded us with many opportunities to do good
because it fosters large networks, real-time response, a wealth of
information and ongoing conversations. To be a socially responsible on
the internet we will all need to learn, as an industry and as people,
how to answer calls for help because the right answer and action could
save a life. We will tackle liabilities, responses from the social
media and mental health communities, how to engage youth around
emotional health and how you can respond.
