Cancellation Terms

Registration is binding

A full refund will be granted up
to 30 days prior to the event. After that no refund.

All cancellations must be made
in writing. Email is acceptable.

The ticket is personal.
Delegation of the ticket to someone else is allowed in case of
illness or similar. All kinds of delegation need to be approved by
SIME beforehand.
