Information For Delegates:
We suggest that you try to arrive
at York Theatre Royal at
12pm
on
Monday 5th July
; although the first speaker won’t be starting until
1.30pm, there will be a light lunch and various foyer activities for
you to enjoy upon arrival. Presentations will be finished by 6.30pm
on Monday, between 6.30pm and 9pm we’ll be hosting a
networking drinks and BBQ and there will also be a performance of
‘The Cape Jeremy Affair’ which shouldn’t be
missed.
Tuesday 6th July
will start at
9am
, and run through until
6.30pm
, and we will be serving you breakfast, lunch and all
refreshments. A full schedule will be available for download from
the website a short time before the conference.

York is served by direct train
services from many cities in the UK. It's around two hours to London
King's Cross and to Edinburgh.
After arriving at York Station you
can either:

Walk (10 minutes):
Turn left out of the
station and continue walking straight along Station Road, passing
under the bridge of the city walls. Follow the road around to
the left and over the river onto Museum Street. Continue to
the crossroads and turn left, where you will see York Theatre
Royal and its main entrance on St Leonard's Place on the
opposite side of the road.

There is a taxi rank outside of the Station, however local

There are eight wheelchair spaces
in the Main House and four in The Studio.
There is a wheelchair lift to The
Studio and Café Bar. Accessible toilet.
There is no
wheelchair access to levels other
than the Stalls.
An Infra red hearing aid system in
certain areas of the Main House.
Please inform Box Office if you
require this service.
Guide dogs are welcome in the
auditorium. Water bowls are available.
