Australia has some of the oldest vines in the world and by
contrast, some of the newest, freshest approaches to winemaking. This
winemaker-led tasting will offer the chance of a glimpse into the
archives of aged Aussie Shiraz made from vines that are over 100 years
old. At the other end of the spectrum there will be New Releases of
fine aromatic white wines.

Island wine region. Extending some 120 miles into the Atlantic Ocean,
