    5 years ago Andersen & Martini – Denmarks largest automotive dealership - was a money-losing business. A new management team were brought in with an objective to turn matters around. Since then this public company has improved top line and bottom-line year after year. The customer loyalty strategy has proved to influence the turnaround largely and is by many considered one of the best executed customer loyalty programs in the industry.
