Arho is a pioneer in mobile parking solutions and is an expert in
the field of innovative mobile payment concepts, especially for the
parking industry and more recently electric vehicle charging. A
Finnish native, trained as an international economist, Arho is
especially keen on the business and consumer benefits of mobile IT
solutions. Arho is based in New York City and has worked over 2
decades in building start-up firms in both Eastern and Western Europe
ranging from IT toprofessional services.

an eco-district masterplan for 40,000 inhabitants in Santiago, Chile.
Alejandro has led a range urban development projects globally such
as Dongtan Eco City-Shanghai, Wanzhuang Eco City-Beijing, Port
Regeneration Strategy-Copenhagen, Waterfront Regeneration of La
Spezia–Italy, Peterborough, Integrated Growth Strategy, Chaiten
Relocation Strategy - Chile, Wembley Industrial Estates in London, and
Urbanya Strategic Plan in Santiago - Chile.
He is an invited lecturer to London School of Economics, Said
Business School – Oxford University, UCL Bartlett School of
Architecture, Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Catolica in
Chile, Architectural Association-UK, RIBA. He has also done several
interviews for BBC, The Guardian, Le Monde, Wired Magazine, Monocle,
regarding sustainable urban development.

Sara Öhrvall is Director of Global Research & Development
at Bonnier family-owned international media
group with headquarters in Sweden. Operations cover most media
formats, as books, magazines, business press, newspapers,
broadcasting, cinema, web and mobile media, in 25 countries.
The role of Bonnier R&D is to identify market opportunities for
innovation and to initiate concept and product development of new
digital media products. Sara has been responsible for starting up
Bonnier’s R&D initiative in Silicon Valley.
Sara has previously worked at Toyota and Volvo Cars, where she was
head of concept development of jeep, sports and eco cars and.
Other experiences include CEO and partner of brand agency Differ and
founder of the innovation-focused consulting firm Ninety. Sara has
worked in Tokyo, London, Singapore and Brussels and is currently based
in San Francisco. She has an MBA from Umeå Business School in
Sweden and has also studied architecture and design at Parsons School
of Design in New York.

Juan F.
Rada is Senior Vice President of Oracle Corporation, with worldwide
responsibility for public sector, healthcare, and education industry
solutions. He is also a member of the management team for Europe,
the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
Juan Rada joined Oracle as Vice President for Public Services for EMEA
in 1998, and in June 2000 he became Senior Vice President for Oracle's
industries, which includes all Oracle's vertical market solutions. In
June 2006 he took over responsibility for the Public Sector and
Education Industries Business Unit globally, which was extended to
include healthcare and life sciences in January 2008.
Prior to joining Oracle, Rada was Vice President of Digital Equipment
Corporation International (Europe) from 1992 to 1998, responsible for
strategic alliances and new initiatives. He also led The Environmental
Partnership, a company devoted to the implementation and promotion of
environmental initiatives. From 1979 to 1992, Rada was a professor of
Technology Management and a member of the faculty at the International
Management Institute (IMI) in Geneva, and also of IMD in Lausanne
(Switzerland), which was created from the merger between IMI and
IMEDE. From 1989 to 1992, he was the founding Director General (Dean)
of IMD.
Rada studied economics and sociology at the Universidad
Católica de Chile, his country of origin, followed by studies
at the University of London, where he obtained his PhD.
Rada has served as a board member for a number of corporate, academic,
and not-for-profit organizations. These include the Club of Rome, the
European Commission Information Technology Review Board, the Council
of the World Conservation Union (IUCN), and the Advisory Board of the
World Bank Community Carbon Fund.
He is also Chairman of the Lombard Odier Darier Hench Infology Fund
Advisory Board. Rada has published a number of books and articles,
which have been translated into different languages.
Enric Ruiz-Geli, Architect, Cloud9
Enric Ruiz Geli studied architecture in Barcelona. He founded Cloud
9 in 1997, an interdisciplinary architectural team in Barcelona that
works at the interface between architecture and art, digital processes
and technological material development.
