Pilgrim Beart
co-founded AlertMe, the domestic energy saving
company, in 2006, and has since led it through
angel and venture funding rounds to its
current position as a market leader for
domestic energy saving services.
Pilgrim has 20
years experience in ground breaking
high-technology companies in the USA and UK
and has founded three businesses as well as
holding senior roles at a number of other
companies. He will be sharing some of
his experiences, and his thoughts on steps to
take (and avoid) in growing a high-technology company.

Charlie is an
intellectual property lawyer at Keystone Law,
focussing on the Cleantech sector. Charlie has
worked in private practice with several highly
respected City law firms, has spent time as an
in-house legal adviser at Siemens and has an
MBA from INSEAD.
