    Some useful China visa info:

    Chinese Visa process link: http://www.china-embassy.org/eng/hzqz/zgqz/t84246.htm

Download the PDF form here: http://www.china-embassy.org/eng/hzqz/zgqz/t84240.htm

-- Get the L Visa for Tourists
    -- Get passport pictures taken
-- Print out copy of hotel and fight confirmation (just in case, not always asked for)
-- Go to Chinese consulate. Pick a number. Wait.
-- Pay $130 add the $20 rush fee and you can pick it up same day or next day. (no guarantees though as this always changes. best to give yourself plenty of time by getting it next week)

If you don't live near a consulate, google "Chinese visa service" and there are a ton of companies that do it for you. Most travel agents will offer visa services too and stand in line for you etc at a premium.
