is all about leveraging the combined cross border
networks of Dave McClure, Founders Fund and Web2Asia
to offer attendees an opportunity to

& accomodation of 2 nights.

For all three cities.
Expect to add $2,500 to $3,900
for flight & accomodations of 8-10 nights.

*Note, these are
approximations based on flying from SF economy
class and booking early. Could be a bit more.
Could be less depending on your choice of accommodation
and how soon you book your

Average hotel per night is
$120. Definitely cheaper and more expensive options.

Don't forget to apply for your visa asap if joining us in China.
STEP THREE: Bring enough business cards. You're
going to be meeting A LOT of great people in Tokyo, Beijing and
Shanghai. Have fun!
Important Notes
*Listed tour packages does NOT include airfare costs
and accommodation.
You can expect to pay approximately $3,000 to $4,000
for total travel & lodging costs if you attend all 3
cities. If you've got miles & points, now's the time to use
them! Otherwise...
After you purchase your tour

and apply for a China visa if you're traveling with us to

-- Print out copy of hotel and fight
confirmation (just in case, not always asked for)
-- Go to
Chinese consulate. Pick a number. Wait.
-- Pay $130 add the $20
rush fee and you can pick it up same day or next day. (no guarantees
though as this always changes. best to give yourself plenty of time
by getting it next week)
If you don't live near a consulate, google "Chinese visa service" and there are a ton of
companies that do it for you. Most travel agents will offer visa services too and stand in line for you etc at
a premium.
What do All Access Tickets include and how do they differ
from tickets for the individual events?
All Access Tickets are much more
than the sum of tickets for the individual events (which will also
be available for sale soon). They allow you to join ALL events and
surrounding activities at the respective locations. This includes
exclusive invite only VIP events such as company visits, private
dinners as well as otherwise invitation only events.
In the case of Shanghai, it means
you will also receive invites to other events taking place that week
such as TEDxShanghai and the Geeks & Glamour After-Party which
will include Shanghai International Film Festival VIPs at M1NT
Shanghai.
Additionally they give you the
chance to be booked on the same flights and at the same hotels
as our VIP guests. This enables you to benefit from group
discounts for your travel and accommodation as well as the
unique opportunity to socialize with the the tours core participants.
