  • Why exhibit at Frontiers of Retrovirology?

    Frontiers of Retrovirology is an excellent vehicle for commercial and non-commercial organisations to showcase products and services to researchers, clinicians and decision leaders working in the fast-moving field of human retroviruses.

    The exhibition area will provide the ideal opportunity to demonstrate and engage end-users, researchers and renowned international scientists in a relaxed and informal setting.

    Unlike a large trade show, you will gain access to strategic decision makers during a time when the attendees are relaxed yet focused on discussing current discoveries in the industry.

  • The Exhibition

    Includes : Power supply, Wi-Fi Internet connection, table and 2 chairs are included in the price of a stand. Exhibitor information will be listed in detail on the conference website and in the conference programme.

    Morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunch and poster sessions will be held in the exhibition area adjacent to the auditorium.

    Set-up : 21 September 14:00hrs -20:00hrs / 22 September before 9:00hrs

    Breakdown : 23 September after 15:30hrs

    All stands are sold on a first come first served basis. We are always happy to discuss your sponsorship or exhibition requirements and tailor packs to suit your own needs.

    Lanyard Sponsorship


    Every participant including delegates, conference speakers, press, sponsors and exhibitors will be presented with a lanyard upon registration. These will be worn throughout the conference and for networking during the event. The sponsor’s name and logo will be printed on the lanyards guaranteeing their continuous display at the event and enhancing awareness of your brand to all attendees.
