  • DESCRIPTION

    Welcome!

Suffering is universal and so is the need for healing. Some of the questions that arise around the topic of healing are very difficult to answer. The purpose of this Health Conference is to explore various aspects of healing in the context of the biblical worldview and the Adventist philosophy on health and healing. What is healing according to the Bible? Is there a difference between healing and restoration?

    Other Questions to be Addressed:

    - Does healing mean restoration to health?

    - Is healing the same as curing?

    - Can there be healing without curing?

    - What is healing according to the Bible?

    - Are some people genetically predestined not to be healed?

    - Is medical science contributing to healing?

Healing Connections: Is faith a key factor in healing? What about prayer? How do the mind-body-spirit connections affect healing? How do lifestyle practices contribute to healing? What can we learn from epigenetics?

When Healing Does Not Occur: How do we cope with it? How can we best support others to deal with it?

Responding to Suffering: What kind of ministry of healing is needed and can be practiced today? What could be some missing elements in our ministry of healing?

Bringing Healing to Others: How can we as Adventists help to bring healing to the communities and big cities of Europe? What are the tools at our disposal?

These and several other related topics will be addressed at the European Health Conference through presentations, workshops, panels and discussions. We invite you to attend, to be enriched and also to empower others as you share from your own experience and knowledge.

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN PRAGUE!
