Your notice of cancellation must be received in writing (letter or fax) 10 working days before the conference (7 March 2012) in order to transfer your event pass to someone else within your organization.
We will be pleased to transfer your registration to another member of your company. No cancellations will be accepted after that date.
If you are unable to attend eRA 2012 after registering, you are entitled to the following option:

The registration can be transferred to someone else within the organization if written notice is received by 7 March 2012. One replacement per registration is allowed but must be confirmed in writing to stone@extedo.com.

Registration can be cancelled, minus a $150 processing fee, if received in writing by 7 March 2012.
