TICKETS
● Tickets will be dispatched approximately one month before the event.
● Please bring your ticket with you to the course.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
● Once payment has been processed your booking is confirmed. In the event of cancellation, there will be a £3.90 cancellation fee and refunds or exchanges will only be given if we are notified at least 28 days before the course date. In the event that you cancel within 28 days of the course we will do our best to re-sell your ticket however this cannot be guaranteed.

OTHER
● Decanter reserves the right to change any part of the course without notice.
