Being Social ‘10 is a half-day conference & masterclass
that will provide marketing, advertising, PR and corporate
communications executives with the know-how necessary to develop,
execute and manage a social media strategy that delivers value.
The event will run from 2pm til 6pm on the afternoon of the 13th May
and be followed by a networking drinks reception.
In an afternoon packed with insightful and instructive case-studies
delivered by social media specialists and clients at the helm of
social media initiatives you’ll learn where to start, what to
do, what works, what doesn’t, and what tools to use. Our aim is
to make you social media savvy by sunset!
The afternoon will be divided into 4 sections: looking at social
media in practise in 4 contexts:

network – real & virtual (who you’re
with/ who has relevant info)
location & local (where you are/
local info)
time & intent (e.g. lunch/ discovery)
