Madelinde Walraven (25) is a Senior Support Engineer for Microsoft Netherlands. She started at Microsoft 5 years ago, started with focusing on SoftGrid. Ever since, she has been specializing herself for SoftGrid and later App-V by working on customers issues. She has been engaged in the evolution of the product as Beta Engineer for App-V 4.6, and therefore she has been working closely with the App-V Product Group. Her main focus is to work with customers in resolving their App-V issues, so that the App-V product can be used and deployed to its fullest potential.

 Ment van der Plas (33) is working as an IT Architect at Login Consultants, an international independent consulting company based in the Netherlands. He is specialized in designing, implementing and migrating large and complex infrastructures, including the process of defining an application delivery strategy. Besides his role at customers he is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer, teaching a variety of classes around application virtualization and system management. Nicke is a consultant for Viridis IT from Sweden, which focuses primarily on deployment technologies from Citrix, Microsoft and VMware. Ruben Spruijt, Technology Officer. Ruben Spruijt, born in 1975, studied Computer Science and started his career as a Systems Engineer at A-Tree Automatisering. Rodney Medina is CTO for Immidio and responsible for the technical vision, the roadmap and product management. His specialization, besides SBC in general, specifically includes the Microsoft Infrastructure product range including App-V. He has been working in IT for 17 years, including as a Citrix and App-V instructor.
He started working as one of the first with App-V (previously SoftGrid) in Europe, being a product manager for CDG Europe at the time. Besides doing a lot of presentations, trainings, presales and PoC's, Rodney was actually the first consultant in Europe that implemented App-V environments into production.
Rodney maintains the blog www.SoftGridBlog.com, which is fully dedicated to Microsoft App-V and speaks regularly at various virtualization seminars.
In 2008 he created a very practical and hands-on App-V 4.5 "Unleashed" Masterclass, which has been given around the world already, training hundreds of enthusiasts. He also productized new tools like the App-V Dynamic Client Location Kit. In 2009 he productized the App-V USB Tool, App-V Client Diagnostic Tool and App-V ADM Add-on together with colleagues, still available as freeware via www.loginconsultants.com.

Nico Lüdemann has been working in IT since 1994 and has headed up the Systems&Services business unit at acocon GmbH in Bielefeld since 2003. His main areas of activity are corporate consulting, lecturing and public speaking on infrastructure solutions, network technology and systems management with particular focus on the area of centralization and virtualization of IT systems. He is well known in these areas as a much-demanded specialist thanks to a series of IT projects involving Microsoft Server System, Citrix Delivery Center and general network optimization products. Sebastian Gernert (30) is an Escalation Engineer for Microsoft Germany. Since the acquisition of Softricity by Microsoft, he supports customers with questions and problems regarding Softgrid, now App-V and all subsequent products which may be developed in the future. Sebastian is also the Escalation Point for App-V, working closely together with App-V developers and product teams on a weekly basis.
