Please read the cancellation policy before registering.

If the person who registered for the event is not able to attend, they may substitute someone else from the same institution without charge. If the person who registered is not able to attend and is not able to provide a substitute, the following refund restrictions apply:

• Registrations canceled more than four (4) weeks before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.
• Registrations canceled less than four (4) but more than two (2) weeks before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
• Registrations canceled within two (2) weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund.
