What is Alfresco DevCon?
DevCon is Alfresco’s annual customer, developer and partner conferences in San Diego, California and London, England. Attendees consist of a mix of customer, developer, partners, community members, and prospects. The event's content is aimed at providing these groups with relevant and practical information.

How do I pay for DevCon?
DevCon accepts the following credit cards for method of payment: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please read the cancellation policy before registering.
If the person who registered for the event is not able to attend, they may substitute someone else from the same institution without charge. If the person who registered is not able to attend and is not able to provide a substitute, the following refund restrictions apply:

Registrations canceled more than four (4) weeks before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fee.

Registrations canceled less than four (4) but more than two (2) weeks before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.

Registrations canceled within two (2) weeks of the event are not eligible for a refund.

May I bring guests?
Many participants will be traveling from afar and may want to travel with companions not attending the event. Please note that since DevCon is for registered conference attendees only, guests, family and children are not allowed at any conference sessions and most events. You can bring a guest to the evening event for an extra fee of $100. Please contact Andrea Witkowski (andrea.witkowski@alfresco.com, 717-989-2300) to pay for your guest.
When do you recommend I arrive and depart?
When booking your flights to DevCon, you should plan to arrive the day before the first day of the conference – since the conference has an early morning start time. Also, your departure should be scheduled after 7:00 pm on the last day of the event. Attendees participating in the paid JumpStart or Advanced raining should plan to arrive by the day prior to the training. Reserve your air travel as soon as possible.
What can I expect in terms of the weather in San Diego and how should I plan for attire?
Check out: www.weather.com just prior to your travel date and select 10-Day forecast for the conference dates. The attire for the DevCon conference is business casual. Plan to dress in layers, to ensure you are warm or cool enough for the weather outside and the meetings rooms inside. We are planning to have our luncheons "alfresco" in a banquet area near the pool. We've put our order in for good weather -- but please bring a jacket just in case!
Will DevCon include meals?
All conference meals are covered by your Conference Registration fees. This includes any evening or special events offered throughout DevCon.
What can I expect in terms of the evening events?
DevCon 2011 is planning a special evening event both in San Diego and London. Please check back for more details.
