• Will I incurr any costs as a partner of amiando?
  No. There are neither participation fees nor other costs, that arise through the participation in the amiando affiliate programm. There are neither fees incurred for purchases initiated from your site, nor specific sales requirements that must be achieved to receive your commission.

• Which websites can take part in the partner programme?
  Most websites can take part in the amiando partner programme. We reserve the right however not to accept specific sites. Non-acceptance occurs for example in the event of:
  

  
  
  • pornographic or sexual content being promoted or contained on the website,
  • the glorification of violence,
  • racist, sexist material or adult content, or the defamation or discrimination against others on the grounds of their belief, ancestry, disability or other reasons,
  • the infringement of valid national and/or international laws,
  • damage to the intellectual property of others.

• What should my website look like?
  Every partner site is unique. In this respect we are not able to, nor would we wish to give any recommendations as to how your website should look. As a basic rule your recommendations or links to amiando.de should match the design of your website.
  

• How does amiando recognise that a user has been forwarded from my site?
  As soon as you have registered with amiando as an affiliate, you will be assigned a distinctive affiliate ID, which is also integrated into the links provided by us. In this way we are able to determine exactly which ticket shops were attracted by which partner and credit them with the corresponding commission.

• I have no experience in HTML programming, can amiando help me with this?
  On our homepage you will find completed HTML code, which you can insert in the right place in the source code for your website. If you still have further queries, please contact our support team either by phone or via email and we will do our best to solve the problem.

• How often will the commission be paid out?
  Payments will be made on a monthly basis. In this way you have 4 weeks time to build up your commission and reach the 25€ requirement.

• How can I terminate the partnership?
  As you do not incur any costs due to the partnership and the continuation of your ticket shop will potentially attract further commission for yourself, it is not neccessary to terminate your amiando partnership. If however you do wish to oficially end the partnership, you can call us (1-888-987-2703) or email us and the partnership will be terminated without a problem.
