- How does the Event Affiliate Program work?
- The event host needs to activate the affiliate program, so that you are able to promote his event.
For each successful event registration through your referral link you will receive a share of the generated revenue. - How exactly does the commission model work?
- You either get a certain percentage share of the total ticket purchase amount or an absolute amount per sold ticket as a commission - whichever the host has decided to go with.
- How can I promote for events?
- There are various ways to recommend amiando to event hosts e.g. sending the promotion link by mail, blog about amiando or post it on social networking sites.
- Is it possible to adapt discount codes to my affiliate link?
- Yes, this is possible. The code will be recognized no matter if you are using amiando event pages or have an integrated ticket shop. Simply attach the following parameter to your affiliate link: ?discountCode=xxxx
- How does the tracking work?
- Via cookies - once someone has clicked on your promotion link, this "potential" buyer will remain assigned to your affiliate account for the next 30 days. So even if this person is buying a ticket after 2 weeks you will still get the commission. Purchases after the expiration of the 30 day period cannot be assigned to your account unless the client uses your referral link again.
- When do I get commissioned?
- Once you have achieved a balance of € 50.00 on your amiando account, the commission will automatically be transferred to your bank account. Payouts will be done at the end of the month.
