By registering for Accelerate 2010, the registrant understands and agrees to the event terms:
The registrant agrees and acknowledges that all information and materials ("Conference Materials") provided by the speakers are entirely the speakers own opinion and does not constitute a representation or an endorsement by the event organisers on the subject to which it relates to. The Conference Materials are provided to the registrant solely for information purposes and neither the event organisers nor its speakers makes any warranty, express or implied, or assumes any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any such Conference Materials.

Accelerate 2010 is a ticketed event. Prior registration and successful online payment via credit card is required for participation in the event. The organiser reserves the right to decline entry at event if the registrant does not have a photo ID/ confirmation ticket as issued at point of confirmation of payment. On site ticketing will be available if the registrant did not make a purchase during the online ticketing sales period. Upon the event organisers' acceptance of the registrant’s registration, a confirmation e-ticket and invoice will be sent to the registered email.

While every effort will be made to address all aspects of the Conference, the event organisers of the Conference shall not be responsible nor liable for any personal injury, expense or loss of or damage to property incurred in relation to attendance or person or guest, who are encouraged to make their own arrangements for Insurance against such risks. Furthermore, the organiser reserves the discretion to make changes to the Conference programme and/or any venue arising from exigencies necessitating such changes, without incurring any liability for such changes to any delegate, accompanying person or guest.
