At amiando, the sales & account management department takes care of amiando’s most valuable asset: Our customers! Customer service is one of the core corporate values at amiando and is deeply linked to our corporate culture. Here’s one example: Each employee at amiando is required to work in our customer service department for four days each year. Our sales & service processes are technically supported to a large extent so that we can be sure to best serve our thousands of customers – just as you would expect it from a technology leader!
