Felix Haas, Chief Executive Officer
Felix is CEO of amiando, Europe's leading online service for on-demand event organization and event ticketing. He founded his first venture, an international website network, during his schooldays. As a student he co-founded several organizations and spent more than two years in Silicon Valley, including working at the BMW Technology Office Palo Alto and projects in conjunction with Google and Stanford University. He is co-author of multiple patents, including the recently released Google Maps "Send to Car" functionality. In late 2006 he co-founded amiando and as the company's CEO, he is in charge of its product strategy, financing and all external communication.

He is a frequent speaker about internet innovation and studied electrical engineering at Technical University Munich and the ETH Zurich. Felix is an instrument-rated commercial US pilot and loves to fly when he's not obsessing over amiando's business. -
Dennis von Ferenczy, Chief Marketing Officer
Dennis holds a master summa cum laude in industrial engineering with a major in finance, marketing and software development from the Technical University of Berlin and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is a scholarship alumnus of the German National Academic Foundation and focused his studies on finance, software development and marketing. Before founding amiando, Dennis worked at the McKinsey Business Technology Office and founded the software company Loft89 GmbH who specializes in software-as-a-service for online marketers.

Apart from Germany, Dennis lived in England, Spain and in Latin America, where his great affection to this vibrant sub-continent was born – a passion which combines perfectly with (just too rare) dive trips to the Carribean. -
Sebastian Bärhold, Chief Finance Officer
Sebastian Bärhold is responsible for Finance, Legal, and Online Marketing. Previously to amiando, he studied Business Administration at the Munich University of Technology with majors in Finance, Strategy & Organization as well as electrical engineering. During his studies, he spent one year in Chicago and Sao Paulo. He gained some practical industry as well as financial experience at BMW, KPMG, and Oliver Wyman. He developed his entrepreneurial passion at university, where he founded the organizations STARTmunich and SiROP.

He also seeks new challenges in sports while running, skiing, or playing squash. -
Armin Bauer, Chief Technical Officer
During his studies of electrical engineering at the Technical University of Munich, Armin founded several software projects, including an online auction system and open source projects. Parallel to his studies, Armin attended the "Center for Digital Technology and Management" (CDTM), which is part of the Elite Network of Bavaria. At amiando, he is responsible for the conception, the development and the operation of the platform. When Armin is it not busy developing the next version of amiando, he is out wakeboarding or snowboarding (depending on the time of the year)

Urs Häusler, Chief Customer Officer
Urs Haeusler is a senior manager with international leadership experience in strategic and operative management. After working at Accenture he was Swiss country manager of highly successful online company Jamba. After multiple years at Voice Publishing, he took over responsibility as CEO for Ticketonline Switzerland, one of Europe’s biggest tradtional ticketing companies.
