Centrepoint believes that we should live i n a society where \nall young people realise their potential. They work with young people who \noften have little sense of self-worth or self-re spect\; they help them to \ntackle the underlying issues behind their ho melessness and focus on the \npositive aspects of their lives.\nIn 2006- 07\, at least 75\,000 young people experienced homelessness in the \nUK. The first UK-wide study of youth homelessness\n \nfor a decade found that youth homelessnes s remains a major problem in \nsociety today.
