tweet-up fest that uses social media to raise money and attract fun,
social do-gooders like you to a one-night event in support of a local charity.
TONIGHT, Thursday, March 24, we are set to break
ticket sale and fundraising records with a stellar line up featuring a
host of amazing performances, red carpet photography, TONNES
of sweet prizes, Twestival
Twidol (hosted by two sassy local socialites, @NatandMarie), MuchMusic
host Lauren Toyota, DJs, a QR
Code Treasure Hunt, Xbox Kinect dance off, iPad sketch
artists, an art auction, tweet walls, featured
drinks
(#smashtag anyone?) and networking with Silicon Valley North’s finest!
There's even a pre-twestival
dinner at the Fifth Grill before doors open downstairs!
100% of ALL funds raised go to our local 2011 charity, The Remix Project. Oh,
and this is happening in 200 other cities around the world at the same
time and we'll be connected via global live stream. PLUS, we're
also raising money for Save
the Children’s Japan Fund!
