Get your tickets for London Twestival 2010!
As you now know from our tweets, we’re very excited
to be supporting Concern Worldwide as our charity for
Twestival 2010.
This year's event is taking place on Thursday 25th March
2010 and we're delighted to announce that it will take place
at the fabulous Cable Club:
33a Bermondsey Street London SE1 3JW
(Google Map)
Come to London Twestival this Thursday night at Cable
in London Bridge. For
just £10 not only will you be helping
Concern Worldwide
to
build schools around the
developing world
, but you’re also
guaranteed a great night out with other
Twitter
users.
We’re supporting some
exciting emerging musical acts on Thursday including
singer/songwriters She Makes War, Kal Lavelle, Kemmy and Jon
Spanyol. We also want
you
to
choose the soundtrack
to the night by simply
tweeting your chosen artist and track with the hashtag
#sonosplaylist. Our sound sponsor Sonos will then add it to
the night’s shuffled playlist.
If you want to create some
noise of your own, you can do in our
karaoke lounge
.
There will be prizes and
special announcements on the night while sponsor Iomart will
be offering Twestival goes the opportunity to get their hands
on
some limited edition t-shirts
and they're running a
fabulous smoothie bar where you can tweet your orders.
We can only make this happen
thanks to our generous sponsors, including i
omart
Hosting
,
Sonos
and
Viadeo
. We look forward to see you all
on Thursday for what promises to be a great night – oh, and
we’ll be taking photos...
It’s going to be a
fantastic night with 800 people coming together for fun
and a great cause, so grab a ticket before it's too late!
See you @LDNTwestival!

Twestival is a
series of tweet-ups with a social conscience. The events are
organised twice a year to bring together London’s
vibrant digital media community, giving those who are normally
communicating through Twitter the opportunity to meet each
other face-to-face and build on the relationships they have
made online and to raise money for charity.
Concern
Worldwide is an international humanitarian
organization transforming the lives of the world’s
poorest, most marginalized children through access to education.
Twestival London is generously
sponsored by iomart
Hosting and Sonos
wireless music systems.
