Sustainability and Environmental professionals who have so far achieved a good level of knowledge on CSR issues, through participation in relevant workshops or through their job tasks, and who wish to advance their understanding, bring added value to their organisation and get hold of a certified business qualification.
Please note that in order to attend the specific workshop a good working knowledge of CSR is required and it is recommended that you first attend the relevant introductory workshop
Key issues to be covered:
This challenging 2-day course enables participants to acquire the skills and competencies required to become qualified CSR practitioners. Through specialised, detailed and highly focused training, it provides them with the tools and necessary practical framework of every CSR aspect. Upon completion of the course, trainees are able to apply their knowledge in all levels of CSR from the development and implementation of effective CSR strategies, to CSR reporting and communication.

MODULE 7: Sustainability (CSR) Reporting and Classification Based on GRI Guidelines
MODULE 8:The Role of the Sustainability (CSR) Practitioner and Future Trends
EXERCISE: Action Plan for Your Organization (pre-requisite for becoming a certified CSR/Sustainability Practitioner)
At the end of the course participants have the opportunity to be assessed, following a special assignment, and become qualified CSR practitioners by CSE and IEMA, proficient to act both independent CSR consultants and in-house CSR Managers.
IEMA Accreditation
IEMA is a leading non-for profit organization based in UK that currently has a membership of over 15,000 individual and corporate members based in 83 countries. CSE is an accredited training provider under IEMA. Attendees who wish to become Certified Sustainability (CSR) Practitioners will need to submit a post-course assignment for evaluation.
Upon successful completion of the training, Sustainability (CSR) Practitioners receive a CSR-P seal:

Green Event Policy
As part of our sustainability policy (since 2007), we calculate and offset the carbon footprint of all CSE events, including the travel of our attendees. Additionally, CSE is among the firstfirms in its sector to have published a Sustainability Report (since 2008). A prime example of 'walking the talk'.
Terms of registration

Registrations may be canceled and a full refund will be issued only following a written request (at development@cse-net.org ) at least ten (10) business days prior to the beginning of the training. If the request is made within fewer than ten (10) business days prior to the training, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If no request is made to CSE until or following the training, no refund will be provided.

CSE retains the right to reschedule the training. CSE will refund the training fee for trainings rescheduled up to two (2) weeks prior to the training date. CSE is not responsible for other cost on behalf of participants (travel, accommodation, etc.)
