Screening of animations made in the same technique •
Discussion on narrative structure of the film and its stages of
development Expected outcome: • Introduce and promote use
of experimental animation among visual artists. • Inspire
multidisciplinary artists and students to explore and experiment
with different media. • To develop awareness and interest in
experimental animation and ability to combine it with new
technologies. • Ability to come up with a short idea for
animation, shoot it and to see the end result on screen
Tutor Biography
Svetlana Sobcenko is a film maker, animation student at IADT, and
performer - brilliant, innovative and always smiling.
She has been involved in interdisciplinary collaborative work with
fashion magazines, poetic groups, photographers and illustrators.
Moreover she's a member of Mart artist collective and has been
exhibiting her works in variouse festivals and screenings in Ireland
and abroad.
