     The Adolphus Hotel

We're proud to host CIOsynergy in Dallas on January 31st: an ideal city to start our 2013 CIOsynergy series.  Dallas is the largest economic center of the 12-county Dallas-Fort Worth-Arlington metropolitan area. The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has one of the largest concentrations of corporate headquarters for publicly traded companies in the United States. The city of Dallas has 12 Fortune 500 companies, and the DFW region as a whole has 20 making this an ideal city to host the CIOsynergy 2013 series.

Over 100 IT leaders will join us on January 31st, 2013 at The Adolphus Hotel in Downtown Dallas, Texas; these IT leaders represent both the fortune and vast mid-market enterprise community within the Dallas metro area. It's an afternoon of unparalleled networking in an ultimate learning environment with the CIOs of Dallas' enterprise.

Our keynote is Monster.com founder Jeff Taylor, he also created two innovative media companies: Tributes.com and Eons.com. Taylor brings to the table his engaging and interactive presentation showcasing his innovative vision, action, and success with characteristic enthusiasm. He will show you how to conceptualize a vision and break away from the competition to change the face of business and enterprise along the way.

Scott Shuster - ABC News foreign correspondent. Producer of NPR's All Things Considered. Consulting Editor, The McGraw-Hill Companies and BusinessWeek. Scott's remarkable background and prodigious skills onstage make him the right choice to serve as moderator to the CIOpanel.

Scott Shuster has led virtually every BusinessWeek CEO, CFO, and CIO conference held since the founding of the magazine's events group -- more than 100 of the world's most prominent gatherings of large-company leaders and senior executives.

The CIOpanel has been a staple ingredient of CIOsynergy since its inception 4 yrs ago. Here we pick 5 CIOs who have demonstrated operational excellence within the organization they serve. We look to these CIOs for guidance on what challenges they are facing, what technologies have they adopted over the past year that have elevated and morphed the operating platform of their businesses, and what are their lessons learned.

Are they innovating, divesting, or securing? We will find out on January 31st with the help of the CIOpanel.
