A unique event in a stunning location. Eat Drink Bristol Fashion provides an exceptional opportunity to be involved in a cultural and culinary first for the city of Bristol.
The event will be staged in the early spring, running for 12 days and nights, encompassing the May Day bank holiday.
Through our concept ‘The Chef’s Forum’ we have assembled an impressive group of quality chefs and restaurants from the city and surrounding area.
Each restaurant will provide a spectacular evening service in a 100 seat formal dining area together with an informal tapas menu to be served in the sociable Champagne and Wine Bar for a further 350 - 500 customers throughout the day.
