Workshop- Music, Poetry and Prose, 2 days
What about two days devoted
exclusively to your creativity and to work with other creative
people on a programme for a one-off gig? Writers,
musicians and performers in one room with the idea that at the end
of the second day there will be a performance they have put
together... Does it sound challenging? Not at all! It’s
great fun and a healthy escape from the daily routine. Creativity
grows through exchange and collaboration. Give it a chance.
1. Day All participants
interested in writing prepare a short story and/or some poetry as
the spoken material for the performance. Improvisations –
verbal and in the form of scenes are very welcome! Musicians will
prepare or present their pre-arranged backing tracks for the show.
2. Day The day of the
“world-premiere” of great fun! The musician and the
performers/writers rehearse together their piece. Changes, ideas and
work on the final details take over.
In the evening the piece is ready
and the audience waiting to see the result. Do not forget to let
your friends and colleagues know about the performance...!!
After the gig the artists and the
audience will enjoy a glass of wine.
