How is Social Media impacting the public sector? From citizen engagement to service delivery, what part does social media play now and what will the future look like?

Dell and Viadeo will be bringing together representatives from local and central government, NHS, and other public sector bodies to discuss and share how Social Media is impacting the public sector. The format will be informal with a welcome and drinks reception with a guest speaker, networking and canapés.
