Your participation in the "Smart exchange for future cities - Projects, partnerships and cooperation" event involves a single payment of € 50.00 (VAT included). The participation fee covers information package and workshop handouts, your personalised appointment schedule for the Business Matching in the afternoon, professional advice and assistance, lunch, refreshments during the day and evenning reception. It does NOT include hotel accommodation or transport to and from the event venue.
Bookings may be transferred to a colleague at no extra charge, if notice is given in writing. Notice of full cancellations must also be given in writing. For cancellations received by 11 th November 2011 the participation fees will be refunded in full. There will be no refund for cancellations received after 11 th November 2011, or for cancellations without written form.
The organisers reserve the right to amend the programme of event if necessary or to cancel the event at its sole discretion. Please note that if the event is cancelled by the organiser we will be unable to reimburse you for travel and other associated costs related to the event.
