Berlin Google Technology User Group - First meeting
First meeting for the Berlin Google Technology User Group, at
Zanox GAP Campus.
This is the first meeting of a serie of events we will organize
monthly. We will obviously spend time at this first meeting
discussing your expectations, what topics we should plan for coming
sessions, the logistic of the event, etc.

Details about the
technical presentation:
For our first GTUG meeting, I will be presenting an overview on the
Google Gadget API. This will cover the basics of what is a gadget, how
to develop gadgets with a rapid walk-through the API, the
important developer tools, and where can we use gadgets. The
discussions will then extend to gadget derivatives/extensions
including Open Social apps, Mapplets, Google Gadget Ads. We will
discuss real case gadget scenarios and the ecosystem built around them.
