Editing your event page is very easy! The page consists of
individual modules that are arranged in two columns. The modules can
be freely moved and customized. Of course you can remove unwanted
modules and add additional modules at any time. Furthermore, you can
export every module into your external website if needed. For this,
please note the buttons "Export", "Edit" and
"X" In the title bar of each module. Additional modules can
be added to the event page with the button "Add more
modules" which is placed below all modules on this page.
The blue menu bar on top of this page is the command center of your
event page.
The main menu:
• Change your basic settings in the Event
tab (Title, date, place, ...) • With Event
-> Add modules you will be able to add new modules to your event
website (Youtube videos, flickr photos, surveys,
...) • Add and invite new guests by clicking
on the Participants management tab • Use
the Promotion & Marketing tab to publish your event and integrate
it directly to your personal website
Module
“Participant management”:
• Right next to this module you will find
the participants module where all your guests can accept or decline
the invitation • You may deactivate the
"undecided" as you please • Your
guests may bring friends along. Define how many in the event tab
The event page is set-up with standard settings and can now be
configured and adapted to meet your needs.
