Workshop 1. How to create your own six figure income strategy – Michael Ehlert (Italy/USA)
In lean economic times creating a security net of multiple income streams is more important than ever. Michael Ehlert shares powerful tactics for focusing on a proven strategy that yields bankable outcomes over and over again. Under his guidance, his clients use this exact strategy to see fantastic results when certain key elements are massively leveraged.  These elements can make breaking into lucrative multiple income streams a reality for your business too. Even better, your team can manage these moneymaking avenues with little effort on your part. In an environment as dynamic as the internet, sitting around and expecting your website to “sell your product or service because it’s there” is actually costing you money. In this workshop, you’ll discover how to create your own six figure income stream strategy and change the way you look at your time, business and life from this point forward.

Workshop 2. Discover your body’s natural resources for health, performance and self-realisation – Nadiya Day (UK)
Our energy system and body-mind connection offer a fast-track to wellbeing, personal growth, spiritual connection and healing - ideally suited to the busy entrepreneur. By understanding the impact of stress and how best to eliminate it you can ensure that your decision-making supports your energy and that your energy is 100% behind your actions - thereby improving productivity and wellbeing. Some of the best stress management solutions (integrating the latest neuroscience and ancient wisdom) are cost effective, efficient, readily available and extremely creative. Discover the best approaches for neutralising fear and anxiety, installing life-enhancing beliefs and identifying which emotions and traumatic events are holding you back. During this presentation, and throughout the weekend, you will learn some practical, fun exercises you can use throughout the day to increase productivity and wellbeing and more effectively achieve your work-life goals.

Workshop 3. Practical Social Media; increase your online visibility to create more leads and get new clients – Sarah Santacroce (Switzerland)
Explore the potential of LinkedIn and learn how you can implement it in your overall marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness and generating more leads for your business. With its 100 Million registered users, LinkedIn is the number one business oriented Social Network. In this session you will learn how to optimize your profile and promote it. How to increase your reach by adding new connections and how to position yourself as a thought leader in your industry by sharing content through LinkedIn. Sarah believes in “learning by doing” so this will be a “hands on” session, not just theory.

    Workshop 4.
The Art & Science of Positive Influence; get more of what you want with less hassle - Amy Carroll (USA/Switzerland)
How we say what we say is currency that is used to negotiate the power in each relationship, whether we are talking with colleagues, superiors or customers. The vast majority of lost productivity in business is a result of us getting consumed in this power struggle, believing that we are actually communicating about the issues. The payoff to using a Predator approach is getting results. The cost is damage to relationships, trust and loyalty. The payoff for going Prey is maintaining harmony. The cost is damage to our credibility and results. Neither of these are sustainable approaches in our business or personal lives. The more effective role is Partner because it equalizes the personal power within interactions, leaving both parties feeling valued and respected. In this keynote, participants will discover key behaviours we unknowingly use that sabotage our business or personal relationships and how to step into the role of Partner. The result, The Invisible Power Game™ is eliminated and you get more of what you want, more easily with less hassle!

Workshop 5. Identify the Power of Challenges and turn them into New Business Opportunities! - Kenneth OE Sundin (The Middle East/Sweden)
This creative workshop will provide you with a number of tools and methods to help you keep up with the changes in the market. Instead of just analysing and forecasting you will discover how to take action, turning the challenges into opportunities. The tools, applicable to any type of business, are easy to use and can be put into action right away. Using them will bring immediate pay off to your business.
Kenneth OE has built the “POP-FOP model” based on his own experience as a serial Entrepreneur and 25 years in Business. He will tell some of his success stories in business but also what he learned from his biggest failures and how he managed to turn them around. Your Diploma? A Black Belt in turning challenges into growing Business!

Workshop 6. Time Management – Getting over overwhelm! – Monique Y. Wells (France)
Our beliefs create our reality and Time is one of the biggest challenges for women business owners. Time for your business, family, friends and not forgetting, time for yourself. It’s important to learn how to prioritise and this session is about strategic planning and how to create efficient systems and processes that will support your business on a daily basis as well as long term. Goal setting is crucial to achievement. Prioritization of tasks should NOT be the initial focus of your time management strategy. Identifying and eliminating projects and tasks that add little to no value to your revenue-generating capacity will pave the way to success in your business. After attending this session, you will have a new sense of confidence in your ability to get results from your daily activities, and will achieve more each day by doing less!

Workshop 7. The powerful Sales Conversation! – Susanna Lindblom (Spain)
Sales is often perceived as a challenging thing. Many feel uncomfortable about the act of selling and sometimes we are even trying to avoid it. However Sales and Marketing are part of the job of any entrepreneur or professional, whether we like it or not and we are constantly making offers that we want others to accept. But how often have you walked out of a sales conversation without having achieved what you wanted? In this highly participative workshop you will learn some powerful tools on how to overcome barriers to selling and how to produce the right listening. We’ll look at sales from a new perspective and you’ll discover how you can turn the “offering” to prospects and existing clients into a satisfying and rewarding part of your work. The revenue you produce highly depends on how well you do in these sales conversations and practices.
