Terms and conditions
Social events, lunches and included extras
Registration fees include welcome reception on 3 October; coffee breaks and lunch on 3,4,5 October; the conference dinner on 4 October; and all conference documentation.
BioMed Central authors and reviewers registration
A special rate is available for all authors that have published their work with BioMed Central since January 2010 and for all reviewers who have reviewed BioMed Central manuscripts in the same period. All current BioMed Central Editors, Associate Editors and Editorial Board Members are also eligible for this rate. Contact events@biomedcentral.com for further details.
Group rate registration
A group rate (minimum of 8 people) is available. If you are interested in purchasing a group rate, please contact the registration team directly on events@biomedcentral.com. Please note that members of the group must all work at the same institution and payment will need to be made for all members of the group at the same time.
Confirmation and further instructions
Confirmation of registration will be sent by email to delegates whose payment has been received. Further instructions will be sent out closer to the event, by email, to assist you with your visit to Amsterdam. Therefore please ensure you submit a current email address when registering.
Cancellation
Cancellations on or before 30 April 2011 will receive a full refund. Cancellations before 30 June 2011 will receive a full refund less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 30 June 2011, but substitutions may be made free of charge at any time. Please contact events@biomedcentral.com regarding any cancellations or name changes.
Insurance
The registration fees do not include insurance. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation and personal effects.
